Refund policy

At KADAM, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review your order carefully at the time of delivery.

Return at the Time of Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the product while the delivery person is present.

If you do not wish to accept the product due to personal preference, design, color, or any other non-defect-related reason, the product must be returned immediately to the delivery person.

Once the product has been accepted and the delivery has been completed, we do not accept returns based solely on change of mind, personal preference, color preference, or design preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery.

To process the request, customers may be required to provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the product and packaging.

Return or replacement requests submitted after 1 day of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer is responsible for the return courier or shipping charge unless otherwise agreed by KADAM.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Size-Related Issues

Customers are advised to confirm the correct size before placing an order.

Returns or exchanges due to an incorrectly selected size may not be accepted after the product has been received or opened, unless otherwise approved by KADAM.

Refunds

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Any applicable courier, delivery, or return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
